  • Chris Cresswell Memorial Bike Ride - afternoon of 26 September (optional).
    This is now an annual event, in the memory of our colleague and previous NZ ED Conference presenter, Dr Chris Cresswell, whom we lost in 2017.

    His family have identified the Skylight not for profit trust as the charity that anyone interested in making a donation in Chris's memory should consider supporting, whether or not you participate in the bike ride. All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to Cancellations received up to and including Wednesday 29 August 2018 will receive a full refund, less a $150.00 administration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Thursday 30 August 2018. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) will not cover individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the conference or for theft or damage to belongings.

Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates in the course of the event. The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) takes responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities.

Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
